All of our rustic log furniture pieces are unique and none are exactly the same. We use hand peeled ponderosa pine logs, so each piece needs to be custom cut for that unit. We scrape, sand, and then put 2 coats of polyurethane on the logs, or you can ask for us to leave the logs unfinished so as not to disturb their natural beauty. We also finish the shelves on the units with hand rubbed oil first then 2 coats of polyurethane. Edges are sanded off to give it that extra rustic feel.
